What are the payment methods you accept?We have two payment methods: payment with Paypal and payment by credit and debit card. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Maestro).

How do shipments work and when do they ship?Once the payment has been made on the web, the order goes directly to the logistics company that is in charge of preparing the orders and passing them on to the transport company. A signature is required upon receipt of the package, so make sure someone can receive it.

Can I cancel my order?You can do it only BEFORE we make the shipment (4-5 days from when you make the payment) by sending an email to kasasinkshop@outlook.com or write us in the contact section.

How long does shipping take?Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday, except holidays in Spain. Once the payment of the item is made, we will send it to the transport company in about 4-5 days. From there, the estimated delivery time by the delivery company is: Spain 3-4 days Europe 7-8 days Rest of the world 15-17 days Sometimes the carrier may delay the delivery date without us being able to take responsibility for the situation (due to weather conditions, traffic, accidents...). The transport company is in charge and responsible for the delivery times as well as the resolution of incidents. What if an item in my order is damaged or incorrect?If this happens, please write to our customer service at kasasinkshop@outlook.com with the subject “DAMAGE ITEM” We will need your order number (#12345), a photo of the item in its packaging, the defective item and part, and a description of what is damaged. You should only accept packages with no visible signs of damage from the carrier for delivery. If you decide to accept visibly damaged items, you must note this on the delivery form next to your signature. If you receive an incorrect item, send us an e-mail with the subject line “WRONG ITEM”. I'm sure that in any case our customer service will find a solution for you :) NOTE: Remember that, as these are handmade printed items, the actual color may vary slightly from that shown in the images.

Are taxes included in the final price?Yes, the price always includes VAT or the corresponding tax.

How can I make sure I made my purchase correctly?Once you place your order, you will receive two emails: one confirming the order and another with the information of your personal account generated automatically. By accessing the “My Account” section in the menu, you will be able to view your orders, track them once they have been sent and manage the details of your account, if your account has not been made, the active shopping bag will continue. If you do not receive any mail, we advise you to check the “SPAM” or “Junk mail” folder. In case of problems send an email to kasasinkshop@outlook.com and we will help you.

How I can keep track of my order?Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. By accessing the "Orders" section in your account, you will be able to see the tracking code associated with your shipment. Write down this code and then, by clicking on the "Shipment Tracking" button, you will access the transport company's portal where, by inserting your code, you will be able to find out where your order is at any time.

As the shipping cost?The system automatically calculates shipping and handling costs based on the volume, weight, urgency and destination of the purchased products.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands?Yes, when you select your city and province, the shipping costs for the islands will be calculated automatically. The order will be billed WITHOUT TAXES, at the time of delivery, the customer must pay the corresponding tax established by Customs in cash.

Can you invoice me for my order?You will receive a receipt when you buy the product but if you need an invoice write to us at kasasinkshop@outlook. com with your order number and billing information and we will send it to you in a few days.

Who owns the intellectual property of the products?All products, texts and photos of the online store are protected by intellectual property law. Any misuse can be prosecuted legally (we've gotten a bit serious here, sorry, but you know what it is...).

Can orders be returned? What is your return policy?Yes of course, they can be returned within 14 days. These are the steps to follow: 1- If you are the person who made the purchase of the order, you must write us an e-mail with a maximum of 10 days from the purchase to kasasinkshop@outlook.com or in the contact box, explaining the reason and giving us the order number. Do not forget to put in the subject of the e-mail and/or in the headline of your direct message: “ORDER RETURN”. 2- We will send you a code through the e-mail that you have provided us with with which we will process your incidence. This will be the same number that you must indicate in the shipment that you make to our offices. Return costs are borne by the customer except for defective products. 3- If the product is in correct condition (all returned items must arrive unused and with the original packing undamaged), we will proceed to refund the money or exchange it for another product depending on the reason. If it were a refund, the money will arrive in a maximum of 10 days (depending on the receiving bank).
